Pet-Friendly Landscapes

September 16, 6:30 PM—8:30 PM
Denver Botanic Gardens

$32.00 (Member Price) / $37.00 (Non-Member Price)

Have you ever wondered how to prevent your dog from digging, escaping, killing grass, eating sprinklers, etc? Elizabeth Bublitz, owner of Pawfriendly Landscapes, will discuss how to create a pet friendly yard. Her discussion will incorporate the habits of dogs into garden design. Many homeowners have to redo their yard because of destructive dogs, but this lecture will discuss how to work with dog’s bad (and good) habits to create a beautiful and practical yard. Come with lots of questions for a fun class created for you and your four legged friend! Includes a book and handouts to take home. Elizabeth’s book, “Pawfriendly Landscapes – How to Share the Turf When Your Backyard Belongs to Barney,” will be used during the class and is for sale in the giftshop, and also in the classroom.
Walkin registrations will be charged a $10 late fee.
Instructor: Elizabeth Bublitz.
