Rocky Mountain Gardening Certificate Program, Elective Course
Get the information you need to create a certified wildlife habitat in your garden space. You will learn how to assess your yard or garden space, how to provide the four basic elements necessary for wildlife survival, how to practice resource conservation and how to certify your space as official wildlife habitat. In the classroom, you will learn the native plants that provide food and shelter to a variety of wildlife species. You will also learn techniques to maintain
a diversity of species throughout the entire year.
