Join us under the canopy of the Herb Garden to learn how to combine your favorite herbs with all the bounty of your kitchen garden. Herbs impart great flavor to grilled foods but their delicate volatile oils can’t tolerate direct heat. We’ll try our hand at marinating, smoking, skewering, stuffing, bedding, basting and perhaps the best and easiest way of all: snipping, tossing, and topping with fresh herbs after grilling to bring out their special flavors.
